The prices shown by default on this website are inclusive of European taxes for delivery within Europe. For countries outside of the European Economic Community (e.g. Switzerland, Norway) prices will be shown without sales taxes.
Customers outside the European Economic Community may be liable to additional local taxes not shown on this website, and these taxes are not the responsibility or payable by Dermfix GmbH.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept the following payment methods: Credit and Debit cards, Paypal, Klarna, Bank Deposits. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
5. Delivery
The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in delivery or in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Seller's obligations in relation to the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Seller's reasonable control.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

We accept returns under the following condition - that the Item was purchased within the last 30 days, the item us unused, and in its original packaging, and the Item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Goods returned by the Buyer and accepted by the Seller will be credited to the Buyer within 30 business days. Where Goods returned to the Seller are not resaleable they will not be considered for credit and may be destroyed by the Seller at the Buyer's expense in the interests of safety.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Buyer shall be responsible to ensure that, except to the extent that instructions as to the use or sale of the Goods are contained in the packaging or labelling of the Goods, any use or sale of the Goods by the Buyer is in compliance with all applicable statutory handling and sale of the Goods by the Buyer is carried out in accordance with directions given by the Seller or any competent governmental or regulatory authority.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the European Courts.
11. Termination Clause
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Reasons for Termination may include but are not Limited to:
Breach of Terms and Conditions: Violating any rules set out in our legal agreements.
Abusive Behavior: Using abusive language when interacting with customer service representatives.
Fraudulent Activity: Attempting to use stolen credit cards, false identities, or engaging in chargeback fraud.
